MARK Plus Hex Indented Flanged Washer Head BI-METAL Self Drilling Screws Made of Stainless Steel + Carbon Steel
Features :
- High Anti -Corrosion Resistance for extended life cycles (30-50 years)
- Manufactured from SS 304 (A2) grade Austenitic Stainless Steel for maximum corrosion resistance with hardened carbon steel drill tip for maximum drilling performance
- 304 (A2) grade Austenitic Stainless Steel and shank are fused (Welded) to hardened carob steel drill point
- Hardened drill point enables the screws to drill carbon steel sections and by having the leads formed on this hardened point allows correct tapping at high drilling speed
- Tin & Zinc based mechanically deposited high anti-corrosive Ruspert Coating as per Australian Standard AS 3566.2 Class 3 to provide additional cover against scratches, gas and weathering
- Uniform Silver/grey coated for better aesthetic value
- Assembled with EPDM (Ethylene, Propylene and proportion of Diene) washer for safe sealing of every screw
